Tim grew up in Wisconsin, obtained his bachelors degree from UW-Madison and his masters degree from Fuller. While attending graduate school he began selling investment real estate to international investors and, after graduating, opened his own firm, The Kruse Company, in Madison, Wisconsin. He sold The Kruse Company in 2007 and founded Kruse Acquisitions, LLC, a healthcare and legal services M&A firm. Tim lives in the rolling hills of the Driftless outside Madison, where he and his wife, author Sandy Kruse, have raised eleven children. 

Gabriel joined the firm in 2015 while completing his bachelors degree in History at UW-Madison. He handles transactions in medical and legal services as well as healthcare practices and government contracting. Gabriel lives in Madison with his wife Dr. Yi Tong, speaks Spanish, German, and Mandarin, and invests in early stage Ag-Tech start-ups.
